Delete Your RFIDORA Account

You can delete your RFIDORA account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

1. Delete it in the app

1. Sign in to RFIDORA and open your Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
3. If you signed in a while ago, the app asks you to sign in again first.

The account is deleted right away, and its data is removed shortly after.

2. Or ask us by email

Email support@rfidora.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my RFIDORA account". We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

• Your sign-in, profile and profile photo.
• Inventory items, RFID tag numbers, zones, purchase orders and store transfers.
• Scan history, stock movements, activity and sync logs.
• Saved POS connections and their stored credentials (Shopify, Square, Clover).
• Item photos and files you uploaded, and feedback you sent from the app.
• Paired device records and AI copilot usage records.

An active subscription is canceled when the account is deleted.

4. What is not deleted

• Products and stock already sent to your own Shopify, Square or Clover account stay there. Remove them in that system if you no longer want them.
• Payment and invoice records held by our payment processor are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
